Each villa is 200 m2 (2150 sq ft) divided between the ground floor and the lower floor. They each have their own private 6mx3m swimming pool heated all year long, identical for each villa, as well as a tropical garden.

Villa Fedelian 1 can accommodate up to 15 adults in real beds, no sofa bed! It has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Villa Fedelian 2 has a capacity of 12 adults, again with real beds. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, for the same area as the other villa.

For more flexibility, the rooms of each villa equipped with single beds can be transformed into double beds of 180cm, just let us know if necessary.
