We liked how the villa was well spaced out, the garden was beautiful. The pool was a good size and very clean! The pool was lovely at night - We enjoyed having the pool light on. The kids thought it was fantastic. The beds were comfortable, there was more than enough space for us all. It was great being able to keep up with our washing by using the facilities provided. Each bedroom had alot of storage, having multiple towels per person was great.

Fantastic property in excellent location. About 25 mins walk to lots of restaurants & bars or taxi at very reasonable price. We were a family of mainly adults with grown up children and everyone enjoyed their stay. There is lots to do locally and the villa also had a table tennis table so we had our own tournament during the Olympics! The owners were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish and were so helpful. I highly recommend a stay in this villa and we all hope to visit again.

Very organised and helpful hosts, replied promptly to all my queries. We received a welcome booklet a few days before arrival which was very useful.
Great location, 20 mins from beach, the kids loved the pool! Short walk from local shops also.
Clean and spacious villa, well equipped kitchen.

We stayed at the villa for the second time. The main advantage of this property is the owners and their responsiveness, customer focus and willingness to help at any time. We also liked the large number of details and little things that made our stay in the villa as comfortable as possible - dishes, accessories, beach towels, etc. Fred, thank you for your hospitality

We had such a great time! the kitchen is well equipped so it's great to prepare meals and bbq. The pool is also clean and well-structured. Lanzarote is super small so location was close to everything, especially to nice "rural" beaches like Papagayo. The hosts shared a great local guide for groceries and restaurants which helped!. Will be happy to come back. Great stay!

Fine, the pool was easy to close off so we could still stay quietly in the house with 5 grandchildren who could not yet swim independently. Furthermore, there was more than enough space to give each family their own privacy.

Open spacious feel with fully loaded kitchen easily able to cater to the amount of people it sleeps. Comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms. Decorated nicely . Great location . Great hosts left an information booklet that was amazing .

we loved the villa as a whole, it was very spacious and it had a lot of room for all of us. Even when we went as a group of 10 people, we felt that we all had our own space. we also loved the ping-pong table and the downstairs area as well as the outside tables, and the pool was kept clean, and it was also heated which was lovely. There was also an iron and other little touches such as essentials in the cupboards as well as a dishwasher which made everything super easy.

The hosts were fabulous- very communicative and couldn’t do enough for you. Lovely welcome gift. There were lots of bathrooms and the main living room / communal area was great for us all hanging out together. There was lots of outdoor seating for meals and around the pool and It’s not too far from the Marina or Papagayo! Really good location with good parking. It has lots of amenities - big washer and dryer, TV with Netflix and good Wi-Fi, 2x dish washers, lots of kitchen appliances and tools. The bedrooms and bathroom design was really nice, modern and simple. The backyard was sunny in the early mornings for tanning and the house keeper was super nice when she came. A well equipped villa!

Nous avons séjourné dans cette splendide villa pour un anniversaire.
Même si nous étions un grand groupe, nous n'avons eu aucun problème : les parties communes de la villa sont grandes, les chambres sont spacieuses, il y a deux grands réfrigérateurs et un barbecue.
Les repas sur la véranda donnant sur la piscine et le jardin sont un rêve au quotidien !
Les propriétaires étaient toujours disponibles et rapides pour répondre à tous nos besoins pendant toute la durée de notre séjour et nous ont accueillis avec une bouteille d'alcool de bienvenue à notre arrivée.

We had a great stay with Villas Fidelian for October half term. We were four families with 7 teenagers between us and the villa accommodated us perfectly. Fred and Julian couldn’t have done more in terms of great communication and providing great information about the local area. They even provided an extra bed and prepared the rooms as requested so the teenagers could have a girls and boys room. The check in/out process was super easy too. The villa itself was spacious with plenty of room for everyone (15 people total), with the outside space and large table working really well for us all. We would definitely recommend Villa Fedelian to anyone looking to stay in Playa Blanca.

Loved everything about the villa,very well equipped regarding kitchen etc,rooms are all lovely and spacious with very comfy beds and ample storage ,the pool was amazing and enjoyed by all the group,the added netflix available we didn't use but I think is a great addition for families
Can't really fault this place as I knew the distance before we arrived and the local taxis are great ,if I could suggest one thing it would be to provide pool towels , and one of the locks is a little tricky to access after the main gate, due to the masonry wall Infront obstructing it slightly.None of the above spoiled our holiday 😊

La villa de Frédéric est magnifique, très grande, bien agencée, bien décorée et propre. Elle est située à proximité de la petite ville, mais dans un lotissement très calme. L'extérieur ( jardin, terrasse et piscine) est très agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cette location. Frédéric reste très réactif à nos questions
