Reservation policy

- Arrival time: from 4 p.m. (earlier subject to availability only - contact us)

- Departure time: before 10 a.m. (late departure until 6 p.m. extra €200 depending on availability - contact us)

- Self check-in via a key box located at the entrance to the villa

- No parties allowed (quiet residential area)

- Limit noise pollution (no noise after midnight)

- Pets accepted on request with a supplement (50€ per animal per stay)

- No smoking inside the villa. Only on the outdoor terrace/garden.
Services provided:

- 2 bath towels and 1 face towel per person per stay
- 1 pool towel per person per stay
- 1 set of sheets per room/bed with 1 pillow per person per stay
- Washing machine at your disposal

- Possibility of having more towels or sheets and cleaning during the stay, with supplement
 

Cancellation policy

STANDARD RATE: Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: no charge

HIGH SEASON (Summer and Christmas holidays) : No charge for cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival.

By making the reservation, you agree to respect the reservation and cancellation policy.

Payment Terms

- 50% deposit to be paid upon booking (bank transfer or credit card payment possible - contact us)

- 50% balance to be paid 30 days (or 60 days during high season) from arrival

- security deposit of €300 to be paid before arrival and returned immediately after your departure if nothing has been stained, damaged or broken.
