30% of the total amount is due at the time of booking, 35% is due 60 days before arrival, and the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
Prepayments are 100% refundable if you cancel 30 days or more before arrival. No refund is given for cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a refundable security deposit of €300 is required per booking.

The minimum stay is 7 nights, and the minimum age to book is 18.
