Opened in 2022, both of our 200 m² villas are located in a quiet residential area. Each villa features:
- a private heated 6x3 metre pool, usable year-round,
- a private tropical garden,
- high-speed fibre-optic internet,
- a semi-covered terrace for dining outdoors, protected from wind and sun.

- Villa Fedelian 1 accommodates up to 15 guests, with 6 bedrooms (including one with 5 single beds) and 4 bathrooms.
- Villa Fedelian 2 welcomes up to 12 guests, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
All bedrooms have new, comfortable mattresses and real beds only (no sofa beds). Some rooms with single beds can be prepared as king-size beds (180 cm) upon request, for flexible sleeping arrangements.
