The house, just renovated in 2022, offers 5 beautiful bedrooms each with completely new bedding and storage, 3 bathrooms with shower and toilet, nicely decorated and spread over 200m2, on the ground floor and on the lower floor. The villa has fiber optic internet, ideal for combining work and relaxation.

The open and fully equipped kitchen opens onto the bright living room which offers large openings onto the tropical garden. To enjoy your meals, you will enjoy the shade of our semi-enclosed veranda under the pergola which borders the swimming pool. At the end of the day, relax on one of the deckchairs to admire the Ajaches volcano chain.

Our south-facing villa is not overlooked and you can therefore enjoy the recently renovated swimming pool, heated all year long for your pleasure, without forgetting its relaxation beach. for your relaxation!

You will be close to the Playa Blanca promenade where it is good to stroll and where you will find many restaurants and shops, as well as supermarkets. From the villa you will be 20 minutes walk from the beach of Playa Dorada, 10 minutes by car from the magnificent beaches of Papagayo.

 

The island of Lanzarote is quite small and you can easily visit all the most beautiful tourist points while residing in the most pleasant and temperate part of the island all year round. There is only one season, eternal spring, especially in Playa Blanca!

We are in a very quiet and residential area so we don't allow parties that cause excessive noise. We favor hosts who respect the surroundings and our villa.
