Recommended accommodation
The accommodation has everything you need. There is enough space even for more than four people. The outdoor dining area is great. You can eat there in any weather. Very pleasant. The host is very attentive and responds very promptly. There is a parking space available, even for a larger car. The accommodation is in a good location for exploring the island. The accommodation is well maintained and the pool can also be used in January/February. That was really great. Someone even came by once for regular cleaning. The different beds are comfortable.Shopping facilities and the beach are mostly only accessible by car.

A lovely holiday
Charming, spacious property with plenty of modern facilities. The pool is slightly on the small side but PERFECT for children of all ages. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and the cooking equipment (oven/microwave) etc is big enough and new. The bbq area is great however we could have done with a light as it was very dark past 7pm. The only other remark is that the villa is a good 15 minute walk from any shop, and the bins are also 10 mins away which can be an issue if you need to pop your rubbish out. out. The town centre is then 30 mins walk.

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique dans cette villa avec une piscine certe assez petite mais bien chauffée (semaine de Noël) et très propre. La villa possède tout ce qu'il faut pour y séjourner sans manquer de rien. Nous avions chacun 3 serviettes de douche/piscine et des produits à disposition dans chaque salle de bain. La cuisine est fonctionnelle avec tous les ustensiles et même un wok. La cuisinière est à gaz et fonctionne très bien. Le congélateur est de taille moyenne avec un compartiment pratique pour les glaçons. Le frigo est grand. Le salon est spacieux avec une télé et Netflix à disposition. Les chambres sont très jolies avec de grandes armoires. Au niveau inférieur il y a encore un grand salon avec une tv et une table de ping-pong ainsi que 3 chambres et une salle de bain. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et sympathiques. Je recommande vivement cette villa qui se trouve à seulement 20 minutes à pieds de la plage Dorada.

Modern house with good room/bed layout, clean and well maintained. Well equipped kitchen: enough dishes, glasses, cutleries and accessories, gas stove, coffee machine, etc. Heated pool - a must have in the winter months and additional large pool towels also provided. Patio - has sliding doors and seating for everyone. Nice and quiet location - last house on the dead-end street in the outskirts of town. Recreational room with ping-pong table. Communication with the host - fast and clear.
Villa moderne et confortable
Nous y avons passé une semaine en famille. Nous avons apprécié: - le confort de la maison: spacieuse, chambres décorées, bonne literie et le plus: la table de ping-pong au rez inférieur! - l'emplacement: quartier calme, à quelques minutes de la mer, des magasins, restaurants, clinique. - l'extérieur: petit jardin tropical, barbecue, piscine pas très grande mais suffisante et chauffée, terrasse couverte qui nous a permis de profiter de l'extérieur par tous temps, pas de vis à vis donc la tranquilité! - la facilité de communication avec les propriétaires et leur gentillesse Nous recommandons cette location!

Perfect for our group family occasion!
Fantastic stay at Villa Fedelian! We visited in March 2025 as a group of 10. The villa was extremely spacious and offered plenty of room for everyone to stay comfortably. The outside pool was lovely and warm at all times, which was perfect with the lanzarote breeze. The owners even provided pool towels for everyone, plus your usual wash towels etc. The villa was very well equipped for a large number of people - plenty of glasses, crocery, cutlery etc. Location was great and felt very safe/secure. It was just a c.20 min walk to the beach front and town! And above all, the owners have been fantastic. Very thorough communication pre and post holiday making the whole trip completely seamless - especially with people arriving at different times throughout the week, so thank you from all of us!
